Steps for Hibiscus shrimp

Remove the shrimp line, peel and head the shrimp, but keep the tail.

Use a knife to cut it from the belly of the shrimp. You cannot cut it. Conversely, use the back of the knife to gently chop a few times.

Pour in cooking wine, salt and pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Beat the eggs and pour the crumbs.

Dip the marinated shrimp in the egg liquid.

Wrap it in breadcrumbs.

. Take a non-stick pan and add a little oil.

Put the wrapped shrimp in. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

You can also dip it in some ketchup when eating.
