We haven't eaten chicken feet for a long time. We went to the market this morning and wanted to buy duck wings to eat, but unfortunately they weren't sold and we couldn't find them.
Forget it, forget it. At most, I'll just change it to chicken feet. It's soft and waxy in the mouth, and the bones will fall off when I bite it! Suck your fingers, I killed a few of them as soon as they came out of the pot...
If you use beer to make it, you can't taste the fishy smell of chicken at all. It's great!
Everyone knows to eat pig's trotters to replenish collagen, but they are greasy and people who lose weight dare not eat them.
But chicken feet still have collagen, and we can still beautify ourselves without getting fat or greasy. It can be eaten both as a dish and as a snack to relieve your cravings.

Steps for Beer chicken feet

1
After the chicken feet are sold and washed, remove the toes and cut a knife on the chicken fins to make it taste easier (see picture).
2
Prepare slices of fragrant leaves, star anise, cinnamon, ginger and garlic. (Order a little more ginger slices)
3
Pour cold water into the pan over the chicken feet and add two slices of ginger.
4
Cover the pan and cook until the water boils. I like to eat chewy water and then I can take it out after boiling. I like to eat soft glutinous ones and continue to cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
5
The cooked chicken feet must be rinsed with cold water and soaked (not to allow them to stick together after they are put into the pot).
6
Pour cool oil into the pan, over medium to medium heat, and add 1 teaspoon of white sugar to stir-fry the sugar color.
7
Stir fry until the sugar melts slightly and continue to fry.
8
Wait until it turns light yellow. (As shown in the picture)
9
Drain the chicken feet and place them in the pan and stir fry, allowing the chicken feet to be evenly dipped in the sugar.
10
Stir fry until the chicken feet are slightly golden brown.
11
Add the ingredients and continue to stir until fragrant.
12
Add soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, a little bit of soy sauce, and continue to stir well.
13
Pour in the beer in Hall 1, cover the lid and cook for about 5 minutes, remember to open the lid and stir well halfway.
14
After the soup thickens a little, add some pepper powder, paprika powder, and chicken essence, collect the juice over high heat, and you can serve the pot.
