Steps for Pan roasted scallion cake

600g of flour, 360ml of warm water, 50g of lard, 5 g of pepper powder, 10g of pepper powder, onion, and salt.

Add water to the flour and stir into dough. Then, knead into a smooth dough and allow for 30 minutes.

Make crisp: After the lard is melted, add pepper powder, pepper powder, a little salt, and 30-50g flour. Gently stir evenly until it becomes a thin paste and it will be crispy.

Chop the green onions and set aside.

Knead the dough evenly and add into a uniform dough. Take a dough, roll it into large pieces, spread evenly with the crisp, and evenly sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Roll it up from one end.

Then cut into evenly distributed doses.

Take one, roll it up and flatten it to make a green body.

Heat the roasting pan and place the green body on the roasting net.

Cover the pan and bake for about 5 minutes.

Turn over and bake for another 3 minutes.
