Steps for Steamed loofah with garlic

1. Scrape off the outer skin of the loofah and wash it, cut it into 3 cm thick pieces, and use a knife to dig a shallow hole in the loofah pieces.

2. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and heat it up, add the garlic and stir fry a few times, add 1/5 tablespoon salt, and then brew the garlic into the loofah pieces.

Bring half a pot of water to a boil, put on a plate holding the loofah, steam over high heat for 5 minutes, and then remove.
