I have been very busy with work recently, and I can't spend the Qixi Festival. I took the time to make a quick and simple braised shrimp. I wish all gourmets in the world a happy Valentine's Day!!

Put the shrimps into the water immediately after they are bought to avoid drying them to death.

There is no way to clean the lively shrimp, so I simply don't clean it up. After cleaning, pour a proper amount of salt and mix well. You must cover it with a basin, otherwise the shrimp will jump outside. Pat the slices with your right hand and hold the small basin with your left hand. Cover them up after taking the slices.
