Prepare the ingredients.

Remove the plastic film from the surface of the box of tofu.

Put the tofu upside down on the chopping board, cut off the four corners with scissors, and blow air into each corner.

Use a knife to cut the tofu waist flat from left to right and cut it into two equally thin and thick slices.
