Steps for Cold goose offal

Prepared materials.

Marinated goose offal.

Cut the stewed goose miscellaneous into slices.

Wash and air dry cucumbers, peel and cut into shredded strips.

Wash the coriander, air dry and chop.

Add some salad oil to fry the peanuts over low heat.
