Steps for Stewed tenderloin with mushrooms

Slice the tenderloin, add marinade, mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Slice mushrooms and blanch them in water for later use.

Chop the onions, slice the garlic, cut the onion into sections, and chop the rest.

Put the sauce ingredients except the cream in a bowl and mix well.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add onions, scallions and garlic slices and stir-fry until soft.

Add the fillet and stir fry to change color.

Add mushrooms and stir fry.

Add sauce and mix well.

Add the cream, stir well, and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.

Season with a little salt and black pepper.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and plate.
