mashed potatoes
By LornaDoyle
I learned the tips of making mashed potatoes on the TV on the bus. I used to always use a spoon and it was very laborious. This plastic bag method works well.

Steps for mashed potatoes

1
Peel the potatoes. I peeled two potatoes and only made one because only one person ate it.
2
Cut the potatoes into slices and put them in a pan to boil. Don't cut the slices too small, otherwise the mashed potatoes will be very moist.
3
Bring the water to a boil until the potatoes can be easily inserted with chopsticks.
4
Here comes the trick! Put the potato pieces into a disposable fresh-keeping bag, casually grab a heavy object at hand, and smash the potato pieces through the plastic bag. It's easy.
5
After smashing it, roll it out twice with the bottle and it will be OK.
6
Take out the mashed potatoes, add a little salt, and add milk. It is recommended to add it little by little, not too much.
7
After stirring well, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley, and you're done.
