whipped cream corn bread
By ReyesKuphal
I wanted to buy a small box of light cream to make ice cream, but the store said that it was more cost-effective to make a large box. In order not to waste it, I used it to make cream bread. This bread is soft and sweet, and the slightly burnt corn is very chewy. I may as well try it out (I peel cooked corn and drip it).
