Steps for Scallion oil rolls

400g of high-gluten flour, 4g of yeast powder, 10g of white sugar and 200ml of warm water of 40 degrees Celsius.

Add white sugar and yeast to the flour, add warm water and stir into dough. Then knead it into a smooth dough.

Fermentation until 2--2.5 times larger.

Knead the leavened dough evenly to vent the gas.

Roll the kneaded dough into a long cake shape and add appropriate amount of peanut oil.

Spread the oil evenly and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Roll it up. Then cut into sections for later use.

Pick up one and cut it lengthwise.

The incision is upward, the ends are rolled inward, and pinched tightly to form a green roll. You can also stack the two strips and roll them up to have more layers.

Finish it in turn. Use a wet drawer cloth, cover with green rolls, and allow to soak for about 20 minutes.
