Red Fantian Chop Pepper
Last year, I planted peppers, but they didn't change red or green. I made chopped peppers, but the color didn't seem as good as the red ones. This spring, I planted some peppers, and they finally turned red. I was so happy that I picked them off and quickly made a copycat "red-hot" chopped peppers.

I use a garlic maser and first cut the garlic and ginger into large grains.

I don't have many chili peppers, and if I remove the seeds, there will be even less. Since I'm after the flavor, I just chopped the whole peppers and put them in.
