Just want to eat French fries. I don't know why...
Steps for french fries

Wash 2 potatoes and set aside. They also taste salt and pepper, but I forgot to shoot them.

Peel the potatoes and prepare to cut.

Cut the potatoes into slices about half a centimeter thick, and then cut them into strips.

Put a pot of water, add a spoonful of salt, and soak the chopped potato chips for about 15 minutes. This way, the fried chips will have a little salty taste. Pick up and drain.

Remove the oil from the pan. When the oil is 50% hot, add the potato chips and start frying... Remember to stir, otherwise it will stick together.

Fry until golden brown and you can start the pan.

Place on a plate, let cool, and drain the oil.

Since there is no iron sieve, we use plastic sieve, but make sure to let the potatoes cool.

Drain the oil and plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or add ketchup and serve.
