Steps for Cola duck

Clean the duck and chop it into small pieces.

Cut the green and red pepper into diamond-shaped pieces, and prepare the onions, ginger and garlic.

Put a little oil in a wok, heat until 70% hot, add the ducks and stir fry.

Saute until the duck pieces change color and show oil, add cooking wine, ginger and garlic, and stir-fry well.

Pour cola over the duck meat and bring to a boil.

Transfer to the electric pressure cooker, add the seasoning bag, and select "chicken and duck meat". If it is a traditional jet pressure cooker, turn to low heat and exhaust for about 8 minutes. If you don't use a pressure cooker, use stewed and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
