Steps for Golden Mantou

First prepare 500 - 560 pieces of boiling water, pour out a small bowl and dry it, and pour the white sugar into the remaining boiling water to melt. Pour warm water from a small bowl into the yeast and melt the yeast. Put the flour into the container, pour in the white sugar water and yeast water in turn, stir while pouring, and stir the flour well until there is no scattered flour at the bottom of the container. Knead the wet flour into a smooth dough.

Spread the dough on a chopping board and let it dry for 10 to 15 minutes.

The dried dough is kneaded repeatedly into a smooth dough, and then divided into ten portions.

After all steamed buns are prepared, place them in a warm place for secondary fermentation for 1 hour, and the time is determined according to the climate.
