Steps for Potato chicken wings

1
Cut star anise, onion, ginger, and garlic for use.
2
Peel 2 potatoes, cut them into slices, and soak them in clear water.
3
Wash the chicken wings after thawing and cut into slices.
4
Then use soy sauce, salt, white pepper, cooking wine, and ginger slices to marinate for 15 minutes.
5
After pouring a little oil into the pan and heating it, fry the pickled chicken wings with the thick skin side down first (fry out the excess oil and eat it will not be greasy).
6
Cut it, turn it over and fry the other side, taking out the oil to control it.
7
Leave the remaining oil in the pan, drain the potatoes and put them into the pan and fry until the edges change color slightly.
8
Pour some oil back into the pan, add star anise, ginger and garlic in and stir-fry until fragrant. After stir-fry, add the potatoes and chicken wings together and stir-fry for a while.
9
Add salt, white sugar, cooking wine, and paprika powder (chili), turn soy sauce and stir well.
10
Then add water to cover the potatoes, cover the pot, and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir fry halfway)
11
When the soup is almost cooked, sprinkle with some chicken essence and chopped green onion, stir well, turn off the heat, cover the lid and simmer for 1 minute.
