Ingredients: rice, red bean stuffing, eggs, cucumber, carrot, Korean spicy sauce, seaweed, sushi curtain.

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Put the oil in a pan and heat it up. Pour in the egg liquid and spread evenly into egg skins.

Shred carrots, cucumbers and egg skins. Set aside.

I mixed the red bean filling into the rice. I used half of the red bean filling and half of the white rice.
