Osmanthus and red bean cake

Both Qin and Dad love to eat red bean paste, so they love to dig through the air and eat it. They don't feel comfortable buying everything by themselves ~~ Soak too much beans, so make cakes and put some osmanthus in it. When the osmanthus is put into the cake, the aroma is overflowing. The dried osmanthus from last year is used in the cake, but the aroma is still the same.

- glutinous rice flour 200 grams
- sticky rice flour 120 grams
- red bean paste 400 grams

Steps for Osmanthus and red bean cake

Soak red beans for more than 4 hours. (You can soak it at noon and cook it well at night).

After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for an hour. (I set the time before going to bed, but after turning off the engine, I became very bored in the morning)

Break it with a cooking machine.

Add oil and sugar into the pan and stir-fry.

stir-fry dry. It doesn't matter if the cake is soft or hard, but if you make the filling, you have to fry it slightly harder.

Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour, add red bean paste.

Add water and stir to the state shown in the above figure, and add water as appropriate. (The sticky rice noodles are made by myself using the cooking machine. Sugar is added when frying the red bean paste, so there is no extra sugar in the cake)

Put oil in the basin, I put butter on it.

Add dough, smooth and sprinkle with osmanthus flowers.

Pour cold water into the pan, boil the water, turn to medium to medium heat, steam for 20 minutes, simmer for about 10 minutes and then serve out.
