Because in Japan all year round, Japanese people rarely eat mutton, and not all supermarkets in Japan sell mutton. My husband and I both like to eat kebabs. There are no decent Chinese food spots near home. So I used pork instead of mutton for the kebabs. Unexpectedly, the effect was surprisingly good. Divide the fat and lean pork into small cubes.
