The neighbor gave some vegetables grown in his small garden. Among them, several peppers were kept in the refrigerator because they were very spicy. Today, he had time, so he pickled them!

Steps for pickled peppers

Several peppers, preferably the same length.

Use a needle to make many holes in the pepper. The purpose is to add flavor to the inside of the peppers and reduce the curing time. This step is different from other curing methods. It ensures the integrity of the pepper and makes the finished product more beautiful and appetizing!

Evacuate the air inside the pepper.

Place the pepper stalks upwards and place them into the bottle one by one. Then add water, white wine, and salt into the bottle, cover the lid, and shake evenly.

Finished product! Put it in the refrigerator and you will be ready to eat it in a week!
