The last time I ate crayfish was last year, because I always felt dirty after watching too much news! Crayfish can't be bought here recently. I happened to see it on sale when I went out in the morning. I couldn't stand the temptation of the lobster and bought a pot. Do your own cleaning and hygiene, and eat with peace of mind! I prefer to eat spicy versions of crayfish, but LG doesn't eat spicy food very much, so they changed to braising. Adding bean paste to the seasoning makes it slightly spicy, and the spicy degree is just right! Although I bought small lobsters, they are full of real meat! I can't stop talking, how fragrant...

Steps for braised crayfish

Rinse the crayfish with water after being bought.

Hold down on both sides of the lobster's skull (so that we can't get our meat) and tear off the shrimp intestines at the tail.
