Pork, green pepper, green onion and ginger.

Slice the green pepper.

Slice the pork.

Preserve the meat slices with cooking wine and salt for 10 minutes, then grab them with water starch and size them.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives and ginger.

Add the stewed meat slices and smooth them over medium heat.
