I searched the Internet and found that there is another way to boil nougat with maltose and white sugar to 140 degrees. However, it takes about an hour to boil the sugar. I don't have much maltose at home. This method of using marshmallows is simpler, and it tastes good, and it's basically the same as the ones sold. Next time, I plan to try boiling sugar and make some matcha and cocoa flavors.
