Dry stir-fried beans
Bean beans are a common dish in summer. They are always stir-fried and I can't help but want to change the taste. I want to eat the dry stir-fried taste, but frying in oil is too greasy, so I boiled them in water and then stir-fried dry. The aroma of dried red peppers is mixed with the rich nature of the beans, which is very good!
