Apple vinegar water radish
By ElvieMurray
Water radish is also called cherry radish. Its red color is very pleasing. I also especially like to use it to make kimchi. It is sweet and sour, crisp and appetizing. This time I used home-brewed apple cider vinegar. The radish has a fruity flavor, which is also good.
