Because I like it very much, I tried to cook it. Since it was the first time I made it, I was a little confused, and some of the fried pieces were a little overcooked ~
Everyone can refer to it and improve it yourself ~

Steps for Crispy fresh milk

1
Start preparing the custard: Put the milk, about 30 grams of corn starch, gelatine, and sugar into a bowl, and then start mixing well.
2
Put the stirred milk on low heat and boil until it becomes sticky (if you are not familiar with it, you can roll it over high heat). Be sure to stir constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. After boiling, pour it into the box and place it in the refrigerator for several hours (if you can't wait, you can go into the freezer for more than 1 hour).
3
While the custard solidifies, we make the outer batter. Pour the remaining corn tops, flour, a little salt, and baking soda powder together, add appropriate amount of water and stir into a paste, add salad oil and stir well, and fully blend. Note: The batter should be thicker so that it can be easily wrapped on the custard.
4
After the milk jelly is shaped, take it out, press it out with a mold, and wrap it in batter (you can also cut it into pieces with a knife. Generally, what is sold outside is cut into pieces).
5
The end is to go to the frying pan! Heat the oil to 70% or 80% and turn off the heat. Gently put down the custard wrapped in batter and fry it. After one side of the paste is formed, remember to turn over and fry the other side ~ until both sides are a little yellow. Since this is my first time making it, some of the pieces seem to be overfried.
