Steps for Color changing steamed buns

Put the five flours into a container, add yeast, a little sugar, and a little refined salt.

Slowly stir with warm water until cotton wool, mix into dough, and wake for about 1 hour.

Wash raisins and red dates, place them in a bowl for later use.

Place the awakened dough on the chopping board, knead it into dough, roll it into a round shape, and evenly sprinkle raisins and red dates on it.

Roll it up, rub it into long strips, cut it into uniform sections with a knife, and place it in a steamer.

Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, simmer for another 2 minutes, remove from the pan, place into a plate and serve.
