Steps for Pumpkin glutinous rice cake

1
Preparation ingredients: pumpkin, glutinous rice flour, flour, sugar, mooncake mold
2
Peel and slice the pumpkin, steam it, and use a spoon to press into a mud.
3
Add white sugar and mix well.
4
Mix glutinous rice flour, flour, and pumpkin puree evenly. The flour is about 1/2 of the glutinous rice flour.
5
Kneak it into a smooth dough. There is a lot of water in the pumpkin, so there is no need to add water when kneading the dough.
6
Pulling the dough into several small doses. My mooncake mold is a 10-head cake mold, which is a 50-gram cake mold, so I weighed 50 grams each with a scale.
7
Rub each dose round and set aside.
8
Use mooncakes to mold the flower shape.
9
Put it in a steamer or steamer and steam it and serve it.
