I learned this from my mother. The steamed buns are very sweet when steamed. My precious daughter, who rarely eats pasta, can also destroy a small steamed bun at a time.

Kneak the dough, cover it with a towel and wake it up for about 40 minutes. Pick up a dough with your hands and weigh it in. It feels very light and can be steamed in the pan.
