Steps for Cowpea shredded ginger

1 jin of cowpeas.

20g shredded ginger and 10g shredded red pepper.

Boil hot water in the pot and add cowpeas. Cook for about 5 minutes and must be blanched.

Remove and place in a basin, and naturally cool down for about 10 minutes.

When the cowpeas are not completely cooled, add shredded ginger and shredded pepper.

Then add salt and monosodium glutamate.

Mix well and pickle for more than 2 hours, stirring in the middle.

Change the knife to cut into sections, plate and serve.
