Steps for Maotai-flavored chicken wings

Wash the chicken wings and cut the knife.2
Cut the onions into sections of ginger, slice the garlic, place them on a plate, add soy sauce, salt chicken essence to make stewed.3
Put the washed chicken wings into the marinade and let each chicken wing be soaked in the marinade and marinate for about 10 minutes to allow the chicken wings to taste.4
