I learned it from my mother! Mommy speaks wildly, never let anyone out! haha. Just kidding, I "stole" it to share with you. Everyone can try it on the weekend!
Don't look at it as the main ingredient of fish, it's very simple! You can learn it as soon as you learn! Children who like to eat steamed paper are lucky! The taste of this dish is absolutely fresh and amazes you!

Steps for Steamed grass carp

1
Wash the fish with removed organs. Use a knife to cut open the back of the fish. Note: Only cut the back of the fish, not the whole thing. Cut multiple times like the picture. After cutting, rub salt into the slits of the cut meat, gills, and maw, and marinate with salt for five minutes.
2
After marinating, place the fish in a round basin, connecting the fish heads and tails to form a round circle. Sprinkle ginger slices on the fish. Don't have too little ginger.
3
Add cooking wine. Note: Use a little more cooking wine, roughly above the half of the fish.
4
Put on the pan and steam over medium heat. After boiling the water, steam for about 15 minutes.
5
After steaming, put the oil in the heat pan, add the onion, ginger and garlic minced, and stir-fry.
6
Open the steamed fish. See it? There is the original juice of steamed fish in the fish basin! The steamed fish soup,(it's fish soup!) Pour into a frying pan with onions, ginger and minced garlic and bring to a boil.
7
After boiling, taste the taste,(it's very fresh!) Add salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, and white pepper depending on your taste. Add soy sauce to keep the color too dark and keep the fish as it is.
8
Sprinkle the remaining chopped green onion on the fish. Pour all the fish soup in the frying pan on the fish.
9
Done! Out of the pot!

A bowl of rice, a pot of steamed grass carp, and a plate of stir-fried long beans. Isn't it very appetizing? haha. Hurry up and do it yourself!
