Steps for sesame paste rolls

1
600g of flour, 6g of yeast powder, 300ml of warm water at 40 degrees.
2
30g of sesame paste, 10ml of sesame oil, 20g of fried flour, 5 g of cooked pepper powder, 5 g of cooked cumin powder, and 5 g of salt, put in a bowl and stir well for later use.
3
Add yeast to the flour, add warm water and stir until dough. Then knead it into a smooth dough.
4
Leave it in a warm place to ferment until it reaches 2--2.5 times the size.
5
Knead the leavened dough evenly to vent the gas.
6
Roll the kneaded dough into a long cake shape. Pour in the appropriate amount of sauce and spread evenly.
7
Roll it up and cut it into sections. Pick up one and cut it lengthwise. The incision is upward, the ends are rolled inward, and pinched tightly to form a green roll. You can also stack the two strips and roll them up to have more layers.
8
Finish it in turn. Use a wet drawer cloth, cover with green rolls, and allow to soak for about 20 minutes.
9
Add water to the steamer and add green rolls.
10
Gradually warm up. After the water boils, steam for 15 minutes over high heat.
11
After turning off the heat, let stand for 3- 5 minutes before lifting off the lid.
12
Serve the pan and plate.
