Steps for Korean kimchi

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into four sections.

Marinate with salt for more than 4 hours.

Peel and shred pears and apples.

Cut garlic, ginger, and shallot.

Korean chili sauce and fish sauce.

Put all seasonings and ingredients except cabbage and salt in a bowl and mix well to make kimchi paste.
