1. Because this is the first time I have done it, I have no experience. When putting mashed potatoes, I should have filled 2/3 of the toast slices, but I only put 1/3. Don't worry about it being difficult to roll, because both mashed potatoes and mashed potatoes are very sticky and will stick firmly to the bread.
