Steps for Steamed salted fish

Ingredients: One salty Spanish mackerel.

Accessories: cooking wine, soy sauce, green onion, ginger.

Chop the salted fish into pieces and soak in clear water for 2 hours.

Chop the onions and ginger for later use.

Wash the soaked fish pieces, add cooking wine, soy sauce, green onions, and ginger. Mix well.

Put in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.

Remove and plate, add red pepper to garnish, and serve.
