Steps for Crispy dried fish

Soak the dried fish in cold water (otherwise stir-fry it directly, the fish will be too hard to bite).

Chop green onions, ginger, garlic, and pepper.

Soak the dried fish slightly until soft and add cooking wine to soak for a while (I don't like eating fish heads, so I cut them off).
