stir-fried red amaranth

Ingredients: salt,amaranth
Steps for stir-fried red amaranth

One pound of amaranth, two garlic alone.

Remove the old tendons and old leaves of amaranth and wash it, and dice the garlic.

Saute the garlic in hot oil until fragrant, and pour in the amaranth.

Stir fry over high heat.

Stir fry until tender and out of water, season with appropriate amount of salt.

Remove the pot and load it on the plate.
