Steps for Sauced tofu

Cut the tofu twice along the diagonal line into four triangles.

Prepare black fungus, carrot or red pepper to soak and cut into slices.

Chop up ginger and garlic, the more you break it, the better. If you give it to children, you can also use ginger powder and garlic powder instead or not add it.

Mix sweet flour paste, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil into juice and set aside.

Fry the tofu until it is crispy and golden and out of the pan.

Control the fried tofu and set aside.

After heating the oil to 50% heat, add ginger and garlic first and saute until fragrant.

Pour the cooking wine, then add the fungus and red pepper, stir fry for 1 minute.

Pour in the seasoning sauce in 4 ingredients and stir well, add fresh soup, and stir well.
