Steps for Two-color tofu

Cut tofu and pig's blood into square pieces slightly smaller than Mahjong.

Prepare all ingredients.

Put the tofu and pig's blood into the pot and blanch them in water before leaving the pot for later use.

Put a little oil in a wok, add minced pork meat and stir-fry.

Stir fry the minced pork meat and change color, add cooking wine, ginger, garlic and pepper, and stir well.

Add soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and 50 ml of water, and stir well.

Add tofu and stir well.

Add another 50 ml of water and cook the tofu for 2 minutes.
