Steps for Korean pickled radish

Prepare a radish.

Wash and cut into small pieces.

Salt and marinate for 5 hours.

Wash the marinated radish twice and drain.

Cut apples, pear, ginger, garlic, and shallot for later use.

Put the chopped ingredients in a bowl and add two spoonfuls of fish sauce.

Put two spoonfuls of hot sauce.

Mix the ingredients well.

Place half of the radish in a sealable container.

Put another layer of ingredients.
