Steps for Fried chicken wings

Prepare the ingredients and wash the chicken wings.

Wash the chicken wings and make a few cuts.

Add all seasonings (except eggs and flour) and mix well. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for one hour.

Beat the eggs and wrap the marinated chicken wings in the egg mixture evenly.

Wrap well with flour and set aside.

Put oil in the pan.

When the oil temperature is 50% hot, put the chicken wings in and fry them over medium to medium heat.
