I knew a long time ago that I could make barbecued pork at home, but I just didn't have the motivation to do it. On a whim on the weekend, I really wanted to eat barbecued pork, so I searched the refrigerator to see that there was still a piece of pork belly, but ignored what kind of pork he had to ask for. I pickled the pork belly that night. Bake it the next day. This is my first time! Not bad!
