Fried rice with carrot and cabbage
I cooked a pot of rice yesterday, but I didn't eat much. I ate snacks and noodles, so I had to stir-fry the leftovers this morning. The cabbage fried rice has always been delicious. Because I left a small piece of carrot yesterday, I added it too. Not to mention, it tastes really good!

Mash leftovers in a small basin and break them up for later use.

A few leaves of cabbage, wash and cut into the ground, and dice the carrots for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the diced carrots, stir fry until done.

Add cabbage and stir fry until done.
