Steps for shredded cabbage

Hand-shredded cabbage, as the name suggests, is to tear off the leaves of the cabbage. Hold a cabbage, tear it out leaf by leaf, and tear it into small pieces. It is enough for two people. Soak it in water and wash it for later use. (I can't believe I forgot to take a clean photo!) Slice garlic, cut pepper into small pieces, and set aside with abalone juice.

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the garlic slices and chili slices until fragrant (the oil should be warmer here, so the effect will be better later).

Add cabbage and stir quickly.

Stir fry until cooked, add a little salt to taste (not too much, less than usual), then add soy sauce and abalone juice (the amount of soy sauce should be combined with the amount of salt. The abalone juice is not very salty and is relatively fresh and sweet, so you can add more), and finally add a little water and turn.
