Cabbage fried rice
I like to eat fried rice, especially vegetable fried rice. You can use almost every vegetable to fried rice. Although there is no meat, it tastes good!

Steps for Cabbage fried rice

1
Whisk the leftovers.
2
Wash the cabbage and chop it into fine pieces.
3
Sit in the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, and heat.
4
Add cabbage and stir fry until soft.
5
Add salt to taste the cabbage to taste, preferably less rather than more, and add soy sauce to the fried rice later. Here, the cabbage has a little moisture. If you don't want the rice behind you to get a little sticky, you'd better dump the moisture first. I like the rice to have a little moisture, so I keep the moisture.
6
Add the leftovers and add a spoonful of soy sauce. Stir well.
7
Stir fry evenly, heat the rice, and serve out. Put the pork skin jelly that has been cut beforehand on the rice (I haven't finished the pork skin jelly I made a few days ago, so have some, hehe ~), add a small spoonful of garlic chili sauce, and my fried rice can be eaten!
