Fried rice with shredded pork and rice with double yellow eggs
Fried rice with shredded rapeseed and pork with double yellow eggs, hehe ~ Isn't the name a little long?? It was originally an egg, but this egg really surprised me. It turned out to be a double yellow egg, which is very gratifying!

Steps for Fried rice with shredded pork and rice with double yellow eggs

1
Wash the small rapeseed, dice, and separate the vegetable stems and leaves. Shred lean meat, one egg, set aside.
2
Heat the oil in the pan and add in the eggs. See, they are double yellow!
3
Scramble the eggs, shovel them out and plate for later use. Use medium heat to fry here so that the eggs will not overcook.
4
Add the shredded lean meat into the remaining oil after frying and stir-fry over medium heat. Add soy sauce and stir fry (not too much, just add the shredded pork to the flavor), remove from the pan for later use.
5
Add more oil in the pan, add small rapeseed stalks and stir fry. When it is almost cooked, add vegetable leaves and continue to stir fry.
6
When the stems and leaves are cooked, season with salt (it can make the rapeseed taste), and add the previously fried egg and shredded pork.
7
Pour out the excess water in the dish, add the fresh rice and soy sauce, stir fry, and mix well. (There are no leftovers and I want to eat fried rice, so I use fresh rice.)
8
Remove the pot and serve it.
