Steps for caramel pudding

1
Preparation materials: milk, eggs, white sugar, gelatin powder, vanilla powder, egg beater, filter, mold.
2
First, put 40 grams of white sugar and 10ml of water in the pan. Use chopsticks to stir constantly to avoid being burnt. After boiling until brown over low heat, heat about 30 grams of boiling water and mix. Be careful that it may splash when adding hot water.
3
Pour into the prepared mold, and about 4 such molds can be made in the component diagram of this recipe.
4
Mix two eggs, 240ML milk, and 10ML sugar. Use an egg beater to mix well over medium heat and cook for a while until the sugar dissolves. Don't boil it.
5
Mix well 10ML of gelatin powder and 20ML of water. Heat and dissolve in water, add to the egg mixture and mix well.
6
Add half a teaspoon of vanilla powder to the egg mixture, strain through a filter and pour into the mold that previously contained caramel liquid.
7
Then place it in the refrigerator and freeze until set. It will take about two hours or more to remove it, and carefully turn it upside down on a plate.
8
Take a bite and dig the kaka. It's so moist and slippery!
