Steps for fried rice

The potatoes should be diced.

The lettuce, coriander, and green peppers should all be cut small. You can actually choose vegetables according to your preference, because these are the only ingredients I have at home.

Prepare the fried sauce.

Put a little oil in the pan.

Put the chopped diced potatoes into the pan and fry them until done.

When the potatoes are cooked, add other ingredients and stir fry for a while.

Pour water into the pan, not too much

Add fried sauce.

You can add some water starch to thicken the juice, or you can leave it alone.

Prepare the rice, pour the fried sauce on the rice, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and you're done. Mix it while eating.
