Steps for Homemade moldy tofu

One bottle in Erguotou.

Wash the stinky tofu and drain the water.

Grind pepper and pepper into powder with a crusher. Add salt, chicken essence, and five-spice powder and mix well.

Half a bowl of white wine.

First soak the tofu in white wine, and then dip it in the ingredients shown in Figure 6.

Put the tofu into the bottle and add the blending oil. The oil must go deep into the tofu. It can be eaten after about a month.
